Chuta's work as a member of investigative Division 2 continues, and this time the problems are hitting closer to home. Misuzu and Chips are attacked by a mysterious, sleep-inducing SPH during a school assembly, and soon after, multiple transfer students start appearing at their school! Chief Lane suspects the infamous space criminal organization DeMille is behind these attacks and wants Chuta, Chips and Misuzu to investigate these new students. But painful memories resurface when one of the transfer students turns out to look exactly like one of Chuta's friends who died years ago!
