This book specializes in the management of public organizations, targeting practitioners, academics, scholars, trainers, and trainees alike. It includes twenty-one case studies covering thirty-two topics, considering the individual, the group, and/or the organization as a unit of analysis. The formulation of the cases was set to touch upon the realities of the Arab world and to suit students at all scholarship levels.To facilitate the reader’s understanding, the book includes a proposed model to discuss and solve cases presented, following a comprehensive, coherent, smooth, and systematic approach, based on the use of the extant available literature as theoretical framework in solving cases presented, supported by a suggested list of the most updated Arabic and international references at the end of the book, disaggregated by the number of topics addressed by each case.The presentation and analysis of the case study allows the possibility of simplifying the cases, laying them on the “anatomy table”, disassembling, debating, analyzing them, and conceiving the most appropriate solutions to the dilemmas posed by each case, in conditions that are difficult to provide in the practical reality. The idea is to help promote and develop readers and scholars’ conceptual and creative-thinking skills.
