When a mother gives birth to a healthy baby, her world is right. If she gives birth to a very sick and dying child, her heart is crushed beyond imagination. What would you do if your new bourn is in the final moments of his virgin life? One young mother did the unthinkable; and she did it with the purest of love she had deep within her heart. This is a short fiction story of a mother's love for her infant child who dying in his ugly death box. This is also a story of hope, inspiration, faith, and a power greater than ourselves. The power of prayer is a "magical thing." Although my story is fiction, many of the facts introduced are based on personal experience. A mother's pure love for her baby in the last dreaded minutes in his young life can be truly beautiful.
