Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Reg Balch, a Canadian photographer and scientist, has done much to bring awareness to ecology and environmentalism, primarily through photography. This book takes a look at various aspects of his life, from his experience in the Canadian field artillery throughout World War I to his role in the TV series, University of the Air. Also included in this book is a brief overview of Sevenoaks, the Bedford School, State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, the University of New Brunswick, landscape photography, nature photography, and Alden Nowlan.
