Through intrigue, guile, patronage, flattery and inducements they achieve some of their aims, but emotional problems frustrates others and personal ambitions intrude fatally. The tense action is gripping, unpredictable and exciting. Women readers will love the high emotion involvement as much as the men strive to keep up with plots twist and turns.
