Directed at mature people and beyond, to benefit from a simple exercise program with the resistive band. Help maintain wellness, fight pain, and achieve flow of movement, while increasing strength and flexibility. Improves sensory motor skills, balance, and coordination, with a whole body approach rather than working on individual muscles. Aimed towards well being, and based on a therapeutic approach to movement by becoming aware of your body. Starting with a warm up commencing with body-strengthening moves which contract the muscles while lengthening them, the program uses a simple 6' resistance band, favored by physical therapists.
