This is the story of a very close relationship. It is an account from birth, about identical twins. Twins so similar that even their mother found at times she could not tell the difference. But what happened when one of these twins died? The death is sudden and tragic, Margaret died about a fortnight after her thirty fifth birthday. Her mind was broken, and she was a voluntary patient in a psychiatric hospital. She was drowned and The Lord Advocate could not ascertain what the cause was.

I am Helen, Margaret's identical twin. I am now seventy five years old. This book is dedicated to Margaret, and all those who suffer from the pain of mental illness.
