The aim of this book is to present state-of-the-art information regarding the practical applications of genetic algorithms. It discusses latest issues and provides insights into various theoretical and technical aspects of evolutionary multi-objective optimization problems and several design challenges using various hybrid intelligent approaches. Multi-objective optimization, which has been available for nearly two decades, is now being widely applied in real-world problems. Also, using hybrid systems approach enables applications to function more effectively. Several distinct methodologies based on fuzzy sets, artificial neural network, automata theory, and other metaheuristic or classical algorithms have also been elucidated in this extensive book.
