What is a graphghan? A graphghan is a picture afghan that is crocheted using a charted design or graph. The two most popular crochet techniques for making graphghans are tunisian simple stitch and single crochet. The design is crocheted by either following a graph, changing colors as you crochet or cross stitching the design after the afghan has been crocheted. This book shows you how to make tunisian graphghans with instructions for crocheting the design and cross stitching. There are patterns and graphs for three graphghans in this book and tutorials to get you started. You can make the afghans using the graphs to change colors as you crochet or you can crochet the entire afghan and then cross stitch the design.
