Put the weapon down! That's all I heard, but I refused to go out without a fight. I held the knife out in front of me.....prepping myself for the shots that were sure to come. I charged at the policeman. Shots rang out.........................&&&&& I woke up. Tears poured from my eyes, sweat filled my clothes and sheets beneath me. I'd been having this same dream every night since I was a kid. But this time, it seemed so much more real than any other time that I'd had it. I needed water. I flopped my feet over the bed, attempting to put my shoes. But they were wet. Quickly I pulled my feet back and looked down. The light shining from the light pole outside showed red. Blood! I screamed, turning to wake my boyfriend up. What I saw before my eyes was horrific. His eyes were wide open with fear, blood spilling from his body onto the sheets. Had I done this or had someone set me up?
