The author believes that (other than baking) this is unnecessary since we all have our own individual taste preferences, and as he says in the book, ..".I was amazed at how inadequate recipes were with respect to my own taste preferences." To learn to cook from this book will truly help people to become independent in the kitchen....and have lots of fun doing it.
