The Path to Happiness is Paved with Rocks Engaging, moving, and a sharp look at how life events will force you to grow into a more powerful person than you ever thought you could be. Denise shows all of us how life's unexpected twists and turns will take your soul on a journey of self-discovery that provides a clear path to the person you knew you could be but didn't have the courage to uncover on your own. Her bravery in the face of tragedy-both with her brother's suicide and with her own medical scare-show us all how we can become stronger people by facing obstacles head-on, with the love and support of self, friends and family. She not only survived through these tough challenges, but came out on the other side with a mental clarity and physical strength that allowed her to return to full-time work five months after brain surgery. In the last ten months, she has completed multiple 5k runs and placed in her age group. She continues to raise the bar for herself and others. Less
