Marco Ventoruzzo holds a joint appointment as Arthur L. and Sandra S. Piccone Faculty Scholar and Professor of Law at Pennsylvania State University, and Professor of Law at Bocconi University. He was previously Director of the Max Planck Institute for International, European, and Regulatory Procedural Law. He is a member of the editorial board of the European Company and Financial Law Review, is an editor of the Journal of Financial Regulation (OUP) and has publishedwidely in this area.Sebastian Mock is a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Hamburg, where he teaches on German and European company law and the law of obligations, and is a member of the New York bar.
