Sola is a young Homo Sapiens woman whose family travels far from their ancestral path in search of food. They discover what on the surface, appears to be paradise and settle in for the winter. Life is not without trials for them and the decision to stay or go looms over them and creates conflict within Sola's family.Moke and his young sister are Neanderthals separated from their family who come to Sola's people for shelter and care.
