"Right Life; Or, Candid Talks on Vital Themes" is a 1886 collection of lectures by Joseph A. Seiss on the Lutheran concept of "Right Life." These lectures were originally intended to encourage young people, non-church-goers, and people suffering religious doubt to consider the main questions of faith and the principles of "Right Life." Contents include: "The Tendencies of our Times," "The Dangers Involved," "Educational One-sidedness," "Results respecting Faith and Religion," "Sources of Infidelity," "Different Classed of Unbelievers," "The Present Proposal," "The fact of our Existence," "What Out Life Is," "Man Not an Evolution from the Brute," "The Solemnity of our Existence," etc. Joseph Augustus Seiss (March 18, 1823 - June 20, 1904) was an American theologian and Lutheran minister most famous for his contributions to pyramidology and dispensationalism. His best-known work is "The Great Pyramid of Egypt, Miracle in Stone: Secrets and Advanced Knowledge" (1877), considered a primary text of pyramidology. Many vintage books such as this are becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. We are republishing this volume now in an affordable, modern, high-quality edition complete with the original text and artwork. Less
