Survival Kit Individual Lightweight Army Leg Holster is a guide book for collectors. This book contains information about the US Army Leg Holster Survival Kit that was developed by Rocket Jet Engineering Corporation. This Survival Kit was issued to Army Aviation Air Crews during the Vietnam War before the Army's adoption of the US Air Force SRU-21/P survival vest in 1969.There are over 70 color photos of the entire kit. Photos include: the Holster, the carrier, the auxiliary survival kit including: the container (consisting of the frying pan and the OD green plastic container bottom), the component pallet, the canteen and the components.
