Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. The book reviews the media and literary prominence of American conservative author, commentator, and nationally syndicated newspaper columnist, William F. Buckley. Buckley was the preeminent voice of American conservatism and its first great ecumenical figure. Buckley's primary gift to politics was a fusion of traditional American political conservatism with laissez-faire economic theory, and anti-communism. His political magazine National Review and television show Firing Line raised the American Conservative Movement into a potent political force. Project Webster represents a new publishing paradigm, allowing disparate content sources to be curated into cohesive, relevant, and informative books. To date, this content has been curated from Wikipedia articles and images under Creative Commons licensing, although as Project Webster continues to increase in scope and dimension, more licensed and public domain content is being added.
