Bree Rodgers, a virtuous female assassin battles to bring down evil men plaguing the innocent. She also searches for her long lost brother Logan Walters, who is a firefighter in Los Angeles. Sam Taylor, a federal agent will be on the hunt for the evil arms dealer Vlad Volkov when he stumbles across Bree's lifeless body in a South American jungle. He will develop an unbreakable bond with this assassin. Through seemingly unrelated events, they will all be exposed to a dangerous chemical agent which will change everything. This chemical agent will give these heroes astonishing abilities and give them an advantage as they fight to save their city. Vlad Volkov detonates explosives across the greater Los Angeles area and holds the city under siege.
