Finn Teller is a corporate spy. So when her sister's hedge-fund-honcho husband and four hundred million dollars disappear days before the feds break down his front door, she agrees to investigate. Was Denny Adams kidnapped? Or did he take the money and run? The FBI agent in charge of the case is convinced Denny was laundering money for terrorists, but Finn doesn't buy it. Then Denny's secretary turns up dead and he's the chief suspect. Aided by her sister, Meg, and Meg's teenage stepson with his own secret, Finn uncovers a larger conspiracy that reaches from the White House to Eastern Europe.
