The Traveling Journal of Kindness is not a traditional book. It is more of a remarkable tool to help people spread kindness throughout the world. The book's purpose is to be passed along as people do random acts of kindness, encouraging the recipient to do the same. Ideas for sharing kindness are included and inspirational quotes are on each page. While writing the book, I did some research on kindness and what it meant to different people. I stumbled across some fascinating people doing remarkable things. Some of their stories are included in the book.There is also a tracking number on each book, with a dedicated page corresponding to that tracking number on the website; www.KindnessJournal.com. As the book is passed along, recipients are encouraged to share their experiences, both inside the book and on the website.
