A true story of a former Wal-Mart truck driver who was falsely accused of shoplifting a pouch of chewing tobacco and fired from his job weeks later. The motive for Wal-Mart's actions were the result of a comment made to a brash Loss-Prevention supervisor after he made a bad impression with me by suggesting I stole from Wal-Mart. Then he denied making such allegations and/or my response to him afterwards.
It took over four years to get Wal-Mart to disclose the name of a very important witness for me. It took five years and a trial to expose Wal-Mart's bad decisions. This report was discovered in the possession of the brash Loss-Prevention supervisor.

This book outlines my life, immediately prior to becoming a Wal-Mart employee, the terrible employee treatment and immoral business practices of Wal-Mart, a jury verdict of 8.5 million dollars against Wal-Mart for its bad decisions and business practices, and what occurs after the verdict. Less
