This verse-by-verse exposition on the inner spiritual meaning of the Book of Revelation provides a revealing insight into the visionary theology of Emanuel Swedenborg. Published posthumously, this version was translated from the original Latin in 1897 by John C. Ager. Volume 6 (of six volumes total) discusses Revelation 17-19. (Note that because this work was only written in draft form and never completed, there is no commentary on Revelation 20-22.)

The volume also contains three unrelated theological short works by Emanuel Swedenborg: "On Divine Love and Divine Wisdom," "Concerning the Lord and Concerning the Holy Spirit," and "The Athanasian Creed."
