Oh, how wonderful God is! I struggled with what I wanted to share with you in this introduction of the final volume of this series. As I reflected back to where I was, physically and spiritually, at the beginning of this journey and where I am now, these words came to mind...Oh, how wonderful God is! Although my physical circumstances haven't changed much, my spiritual transformation has created God's version of me...I'm no longer the version that I created. My version was based on hurt from childhood to adulthood. I didn't wear it for the outside world to see, until after divorce...my naturally quiet spirit, became a...'don't even think about it' spirit. Even if I perceived that I or my children were being dismissed, judged or mistreated...mama bear let it be known that she wasn't happy. I went from one end to another...quiet and guarded...to open and completely honest about my feelings. I was in survival and protection mode. I wouldn't realize this until I was diagnosed with a life threatening illness, after a construction work incident on my job. My world changed in the most devastating way...or so I thought at the time. Everything I used to do, I could no longer do without becoming ill...even going to church. I didn't know what was to come, but God did and so He blessed me with this series of messages that would pick me up off the floor and push me forward to praise and press, no matter what was going on in the natural.
